Delete Account - PaveQuote

Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your PaveQuote account, please follow the steps below. Once deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your profile information (name, email, phone number, address, profile image)
Business details (company name, VAT number, bank details, stamps, signatures)
All clients you have added
All quote conversations and chat messages
All generated quotes and their PDFs
All invoices
All scanned receipts and their images
All visualiser designs and generated images
Accountant access records
All OTP and verification records

How to Delete Your Account

Open the PaveQuote app

Launch the PaveQuote app on your device and make sure you are logged in.

Go to Settings

Tap on your profile icon or navigate to the Settings screen.

Select "Delete Account"

Scroll down and tap on the "Delete Account" option.

Confirm deletion

You will be asked to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Alternative: If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@pavequote.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.

Data Retention After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

All personal data is immediately and permanently removed from our database
All uploaded images (receipts, profile pictures, visualisations) are deleted from our cloud storage
We do not retain any backup copies of your data after deletion
Any quotes or invoices previously sent via email to your clients will remain in their email inboxes, as those are outside our control
