These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PaveQuote mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by PaveQuote ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using PaveQuote, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
PaveQuote is a quoting, invoicing, and business management application designed for paving and landscaping tradesmen. The Service includes:
You may use the Service as a guest or create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
PaveQuote offers both free (Starter) and paid (Pro, Business) subscription plans. Features and usage limits vary by plan. Details of current plans and pricing are available within the app.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you authorise the applicable store to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

PaveQuote uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to assist with quote generation, receipt scanning, and design visualisation. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by you before use.
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated quotes, data extraction, and visualisations may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before sending it to clients or using it for business purposes.
The Service does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Quotes and invoices generated through the Service are tools to assist your business — they do not constitute professional valuations or legal documents unless you choose to use them as such.
The Service, including its design, features, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by PaveQuote and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including quotes, invoices, receipts, client data, and business information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PaveQuote, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at support@pavequote.com. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed. See our Account Deletion page for details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
